How to Redeem ZZZ Codes
- In-game method: Open the menu → Settings (gear icon) → Account → Redeem Code → enter your code → Confirm. Rewards are sent to your in-game mail.
- Website method: Go to hoyoverse.com/gift → select Zenless Zone Zero → log in with your HoYoverse account → enter code → Redeem.
- Codes work across PC, iOS, Android, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. You can only redeem each code once per account.
- Make sure you select the correct server region (America / Europe / Asia / TW/HK/MO) when redeeming.
Why Isn't My Code Working?
- Expired: Most codes have limited-time validity. Check the expiration date above.
- Already used: Each code can only be redeemed once per account.
- Region locked: Some codes only work on specific servers (e.g., CN-only codes).
